STEP 1: GETTING A QUOTE

We take great pride in ensuring that all our customers receive their quote request in the fastest time possible. However, as the grade, size, and thickness of paper varies around the world, we suggest that you send us your specific project specifications.

If you do not know what your exact needs are we will be happy to send you our product and/or paper samples to help clarify your job requirements. Our quotation is usually issued within 24 hours once the specifications are known.

STEP 2: SENDING ARTWORK

Artwork can be sent to us in one of two ways:

1. ELECTRONIC FILE TRANSFER:

This method of sending artwork is recommended for artwork files that are less than 10 Mb in size.
Email your attachment to: artwork@gujaratprinters.com

2. MAILING A STORAGE DISC:

This is probably the best way to send us your files if the artwork exceeds 10 Mb.
NOTE: The quality of your scanner and resolution of your image will greatly reflect the quality of your printed material. Please make sure that you scan your images at at least 300 dot per inch.

STEP 3: PROOFING

We have two proofing stages:

1. INKJET PROOF:

As errors can occur and to avoid misunderstanding, we always courier inkjet proofs to our clients, at our expense, for approval of fonts and artwork layout.

2. FINAL PROOF:

Once the inkjet proof is approved, we will once again, courier the final proofs to our clients for approval of color and all specifications.

NOTE: Any change to font or text layout at this stage, will incur an extra charge.

STEP 4: SHIPPING

1. AIR FREIGHT:

Though air shipping is quick, it is more expensive. We find that our clients who prefer air shipping usually have a small order size.

Direct courier service providers such as Blu Dart, Airborne, and DHL charge more than general air freight agencies but do have several advantages. Freigted items can usually be delivered within 7 business days, they are not handled by multiple agents and they will manage custom procedures on your behalf.

2. SEA SHIPPING:

Sea shipping makes more economic sense for larger orders but it requires 2 to 6 weeks for delivery.

YOU CAN ASK FOR QUOTATION FOR BOTH SEA, AIR, AND COURIER WHEN YOU SUBMIT YOUR SPECIFICATIONS TO US.

STEP 5: MAKING PAYMENT

PAYMENT CAN BE MADE IN SEVERAL WAYS:

1. Wire-transfer funds to our company's bank account in Rajkot.
2. Make payment through Western Union service (where available)
3. An Irrivocable Letter of Credit (L/C), for orders exceeding Rs.1,00,000.
